Our Story
Hi there! We’re Dustin and Maddy, the faces behind Smokin’ Aces Aussies. As a military family with two young children, we are dedicated to raising exceptional Australian Shepherds with love, care, and attention.
In 2024, we proudly took over Flying T Ranch Aussies, continuing a tradition of breeding Aussies with excellent structure, temperaments, and health. We provide both loving companion puppies and show-quality puppies for show homes, and we are very selective in placing each dog to ensure the best fit for our program and families.
Our puppies grow up as part of our family, ensuring they are happy, healthy, and well-socialized. We love staying connected with our puppy families, offering guidance, support, and celebrating milestones as their pups grow. Our goal is to provide not just a puppy, but a lifelong companion for your family.
Our Philosophy
At Smokin’ Aces Aussies, our family-centered approach sets us apart. Puppies grow up as part of our home, becoming well-socialized, confident, and ready for everyday life. From the start, families are involved with weekly updates, photos, and progress reports, building a strong bond before their puppy goes home.
We also prioritize health, temperament, and lifelong support. All puppies come with 2 year health guarantee and our promise of lifetime guidance, ensuring a smooth transition and a lasting connection.
Our Facilities
We are fortunate to have over an acre of country space where our puppies can explore, play, and gain confidence in a safe and enriching environment. This space allows them to experience new sights, sounds, and textures, helping them grow into well-adjusted, confident dogs ready for life in their forever homes.
In addition, our puppies have their own dedicated indoor room within our home, complete with direct outdoor access. This private space provides a calm, secure setting for our moms during labor and delivery, while still allowing puppies to be exposed to the everyday sights and sounds of a busy household. This balance helps them grow into well-adjusted, confident dogs ready for life in their forever homes.
